And I keep drowning Where the waters of ain won’t let me in, And I’m kept barely breathing, Hoping someday I’ll just let go. I’m dancing in the shallow end, Where the water’s cold but I still pretend, And if I’m sinking just low enough, The world might lose me in the rough. Slipping quiet, fading thin, I am offering you my skin Just bones wrapped in skin and thread, Lost somewhere between life and death. I paint a face in the window’s fog, It stares right back, the hollow dog, Howling with a frozen breath, Trapped beneath a layer of death. And I keep drowning Where the waters of ain won’t let me in, And I’m kept barely breathing, Hoping someday I’ll just let go. https://www.gaerea.com/ https://www.instagram.com/gaerea_ https://www.facebook.com/gaerea/ https://www.tiktok.com/@gaereaofficial #blackmetal #shallow #metalcore #gaerea #CenturyMediaRecords Spotify CM playlists: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/3iK7HUe60od2wJGzLL1Q6N?si=795a3177d7d14a2f https://open.spotify.com/playlist/4ge2kKhU0ryYD1BWN1CX2T?si=2fd0bd3440af4733
