KONVENT - Firesky (feat. Meejah) (Official Video) | Napalm Records

New album, Firesky, out November 6. Pre-Order: http://lnk.to/Konvent-Firesky

Danish death doom band KONVENT shares the second single from their upcoming third album, Firesky, out November 6, 2026 via Napalm Records. The title track, “Firesky”, shows the four women’s versatility by highlighting both their ability to open up pitch-black abysses as well as weave in clean passages that shine through the cloudy heaviness like the fire in its name. Following a tour with shooting stars Zeal & Ardor as well as shows at Wacken and Copenhell, Firesky is KONVENT’s bravest album yet.

Lyrics: Oh! Take a look at these hands, clenched but not made for fighting. Anger feels like a trance and we've stopped listening Built for catching a friend. Built for embracing others, and you call this the end? We won't be your mothers From the top of a mound with a flick of our fingers, burn your land to the ground and dance in the embers Some things you can't ignore ‘cause we're in this together. All the pain that we saw we will share forever Deep from the ashes, stirs a few Deep from the ashes, calling too Deep from the ashes, world anew Feel it grow, see it show Feel it grow, see it show Feel it grow, see it show Feel it grow, see it show like you never thought You don't seem to know that there's a line You don't seem to knowWent too far. Filled your own wine Took what is not yours and now that we have called down the Sun, let us see what it can do. We will smile as it burns The Sun, let us see what it can do. We will smile as it burns You don't seem to know. You don't seem to know Burns every inch of you Every inch. Inch of you. Every inch. Inch of you The fattest trunk and deepest root on the oldest tree by our hands turns to firewood. Set the axes free Roaring flames and blinding lights. Calling you to go out tonight Rain firesky Rain firesky Redemption comes when we feel but ashes under our feet
